New Customer Start-Up Information

EQUIPMENT AND LABOR: At the time of installation, each customer will need to purchase a Subscriber Unit (radio connecting you to our network) that will be mounted outside in an inconspicuous location (such as an eave). We sell the radio at our cost starting at $125.00 plus tax. Labor for installation, set up, and connecting to a computer or router is $150. On some occasions, additional labor is required for multiple-level structures and if necessary, a price will be quoted before any work begins. All charges will be discussed prior to installation and nothing will be done without your complete understanding and approval.

PRICING PLANS: Our internet service is billed prepaid quarterly via email from our Enterprise Billing System. Your initial invoice will be prorated for the remaining time in the current quarter. We offer Annual Promotions that receive a 10% discount when paid by check/cash.

FREE INSTALLATION: If you are considering satellite service because of free installation, please do your research. Our FAQ page at www.sdwisp.com details the difference in service quality between satellite and SDWISP Fixed Wireless. Additionally, satellite requires a two-year contract. Not convinced? See our guarantee in the next paragraph. There is no such guarantee with satellite!

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: In the first 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied with SDWISP service, we will give a full refund (equipment must be in original condition) with the exception of any custom installation fees charged by our contractor(s). We are proud to say that no one has ever asked for a refund.

Routers are available for purchase from the installer and prices vary depending on specific needs and will be programmed at no additional cost at the time of initial installation. Please have all devices that you would like to access the internet on site and available at the time of installation so that we can ensure connectivity.

The homeowner/responsible party must be present at the time of installation.
